Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Most packages are shipped via USPS, though larger or heavier orders may be sent via UPS at our discretion.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and selected service, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can assist in starting a claim or locating your shipment.
