Lindsey Fields, Color Curator at WSW and Owner of Indigo Guinea Fiber

Indigo Guinea began in 2018 as Lindsey's mom's passion project, combining her love for crafting and fiber. But in 2021 she was ready to move away from it and Lindsey found herself with new time on her hands. She tried her hand at the dyeing process and loved it!

What started out as a way to continue her mom’s vision, quickly grew into her own dream. She rebrand Indigo Guinea to include “Fiber,” opened an Etsy shop, and dove into fiber shows and collaborations with incredible artists. She then took the business mobile and opened more opportunities and growth. Now in 2025 with a mobile trailer and a private dye studio, the journey has been filled with growth, creativity, and connection in the fiber community.

Now, she is excited to expand and dye for Wild Sage Wool to send her love of fiber out for more crafters to share in!

Ty & Lindsey Higgins, Spinning Extraordinaire and owners of Red Hill Fiber

Our journey began in 2017 when we left city life for rural Indiana, embracing a simpler way of living and discovering the beauty of alpaca fiber. Combining Ty’s expertise in mechanics and Lindsey’s passion for fiber arts, we built Red Hill Fiber to craft high-quality, eco-friendly fiber products while fostering creativity and connection within the fiber arts community.

In 2024, we moved our fiber mill to historic downtown French Lick, IN, opening a brick-and-mortar store to expand our offerings and better serve our fiber community

We’re especially excited to expand our spun yarns for the WSW collections, bringing even more unique fibers to our customers.
